

These manifest themselves with one or more of the following. Something happened on or around the 19th March that has seen us with over a thousand users reports issues. Up until Thursday 19th of March we had been relatively trouble free.

We are an organisation of circa 5000 all on Windows 7 Outlook 2010, Office 365/Exchange Online mailboxes. I do have an ongoing case with support but its proving to be a tricky one to crack. I'm wondering if anyone can offer any insight to our current problems.
